FABRICATION
For that “Leading Edge” we can custom tailor and make a turbo system just for you. We fabricate components such as inlet manifolds and plenum chambers, exhaust manifolds and exhaust systems, intercoolers and piping, cross-members, fuel and surge tanks, brackets and adapters using our state of the art TIG welding and fabrication machinery. We have designed and custom built turbo systems for many vehicles, some of which were previously naturally aspirated. Some of these turbo conversions have included the Alfa Romeo GTV, Holden Astra, Honda Prelude, Ford Cobra, Mini Cooper S, Mazda MX-5, Mitsubishi Sigma, Porsche 928, Suzuki Swift, Torana XU1 and Toyota Supra. We have also designed and custom built turbo systems that push boundaries for your more popular turbo vehicles such as the Ford XR6, Mazda RX7, Mitsubishi EVO, Nissan 180SX, 200SX, 300ZX,GTI-R, Skyline, Subaru WRX, Forester, Toyota Celica, Soarer and Supra. Then there are the conversions. We have placed a 13B Turbo into a Gemini and Corolla KE20 and 25, A 20B Turbo into a RX-7, A 4AGZE into a Corolla, A 4GIS V6 into a lancer, A EJ 25 single turbo into a liberty, A CA 18 and FJ 20 Turbo into a Datsun 1200, A RB 25 twin turbo into a Commodore VL and a 350 chev twin turbo into a Capri.
