For piston race engines we precisely and accurately set up the piston to head clearance for optimal fuel burn significantly reducing the chance of detonation. We port and flow test cylinder heads whilst making sure that the volume of each port is uniform to one another. For rotary hi performance race engines we use the same technique for porting, flow and volume testing whist also considering port timing for crucial overlap conditions. To extend the life your rotary performance engine we strengthen the end plates and housings using our own dowelling techniques and use the latest 2mm and 3mm race apex seals.
